Often our blocks are sub-conscious or rooted in past experience, this type of service will help you to clearly see how to take control of these situations and restore the balance in your life that is so critical to your wellness and success.
She will also teach and guide you through meditation techniques that you can apply to your daily living. You can do simple breathing exercises for 15 minutes each morning or evening to alleviate stress, or you can practice deep guided meditations to unblock energy and heal your mind and body. This will also open up your own intuition to be able to navigate through life with the guidance that it provides.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient using touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

What Should I Expect in a
During a one hour Reiki treatment, clients remain fully clothed as the practitioner places their hands on and/or close to the client’s body to facilitate a space for healing.
Many practitioners follow a set of predetermined hand positions on and around the torso (front and back) as well as the head and feet.
By facilitating a space for healing, practitioners allow the client to trigger their own innate healing response and find a sense of balance in their entire being.
Each treatment is fluent, different, and tailored to the individual during the moment of the session.
